Arturo De Arrascaeta is 13 and lives in Uruguay. He likes learning about almost everything and watching documentaries about history and biology. Since he was very young, he has enjoyed building things with LEGO pieces. Drawing is also another talent, he like drawing cartoon characters, anime, and portraits.
