sitting on my bed, I wonder in my head
when will I eat
every day I go to school
stomach grumbling
feeling beat
I see children crying
people dying
I know my Lord will help me
but for now
I rely on myself
growing ill
having a will for food and water
someday my land will be restored
because my lord will help me
