People
In cities
Waiting to speak
Waiting for their turn
that will never come
They just want someone
to listen
To be heard
to have
a word
in what’s happening
To know
What’s happening
No one knows
For no one speaks,
Because they are silenced
Speaking out
Against evil
What they’re doing
It’s legal
But apparently people are being deceitful
To their country
By trying to be equal
And they are silenced
Once again
They are silenced
