The Harmony of Music and Art

The artist writes: "To explore the themes of music and art, I used two hands created in pastels to symbolize each. The piece was created on brown boxboard. The idea was to portray the harmony that is present in the world, which only exists because of the love humans encapsulate for music and art. The use of romantic and calm tones like pinks and blues are meant to evoke emotions of joy and pleasure."

Leena Abdul Halim is a high school student from Karachi, Pakistan.
