I don't want to hear any of your sweet lies.
You made my heart cry,
You broke it and trampled it.
However, this will come to an end!
I want to be strong... Even if you are gone.
I'm not afraid of loneliness anymore.
I will go boldly by myself.
I will find a solution to the problems,
I will support myself and my friends,
I will achieve everything I dream of!
You will become a shadow of the past
Because I have found enough courage to change!
Iryna Tsisaruk is 14 and lives with her parents and younger brother in Kremenets, Ukraine. She likes drawing and painting when she has free time. She enjoys writing poetry, too.
