Past the beaches
That are all long closed,
There stands a discreet, little house
Almost covered by the trees.
Walk down the road where the house stands until you reach the cliff,
And look out at the sea.
You will see the waves crashing up against the rocks
That are hard, cold, and have no mercy.
The water is the color of night just after the last rays of light disappear
beyond the horizon,
With a few white clouds brushing up against the cliff.
Stare at the point where the sky meets the water,
And where the two great blues become one.
Focus on the place where the two halves of the world join together
And let your mind wander and go on its own journey.
Now your mind will lead you,
Take you to the place of your dreams
Where all is how you would like it to be.
