The earth becomes still
I feel it in my toes
The innocent light glows
Against the water
Against the earth
The owl cries to its soul
For it has left him in the night
Leaving him empty
Leaving him alone
The owls cries become soft
As the innocent light creeps away
Leaving the earth
Turning to day
